Information on this site

We work to keep product information accurate and current. Colours, textures and finishes can look different on screens than in your home, so we bring physical samples to every consultation. Photographs show the styles and rooms our products suit.

Quotes and orders

The site shows no prices. A quote request is not an order and does not commit you or us to anything. Prices, measurements, delivery dates and conditions are confirmed in a written quote and agreement after your consultation, and only that written agreement forms a contract.

Warranty

Every Bombay shutter carries a lifetime warranty with a signed certificate. Blinds, shades, motors and installation workmanship carry limited warranties. The full warranty terms are given to you in writing with your quote and apply instead of any summary on this website.

What you send us

When you send a form or photos you confirm the information is yours to share and accurate to the best of your knowledge. Please do not send passwords, payment card numbers or other sensitive information through the website. How we handle what you send is explained in our privacy policy.

Acceptable use

Please do not misuse the site: no attempts to break its security, overload it, scrape it automatically or send spam through its forms.

Intellectual property
